« Room was nasty! Cold water! Bugs in the unit. Weed smell. Super loud. Only stayed 1 night of the 4 day reservation because the front desk people were no help. It was the worse experience in a hotel I have ever encountered. DO NOT STAY HERE! »

« The unit itself was very nice and comfortable, but the area around it was not. It was difficult to find the almost unnoticeable green door that was the entry door, and after dark felt a little less than safe with several men lurking about and sleeping in recessed doorways. We had to park away from the property for a $20 charge. When we entered the building, the "lobby" as the host described it was no more than a messy back small hallway leading to an old wooden staircase and the back of a bar....

« This was definitely a 5 star property in every way. Clean, nicely furnished, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. There is plenty of parking in the lot in back of the property. The hosts were prompt in responding to communications. The property is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. It's proximity to Aglamesis's ice cream parlor was a big plus for us! We look forward staying again. »

« Good location. Near Cincinnati Connector Streetcar which is free and will take you to downtown. Close to Findlay Market and restaurants. Enjoyed my first time in Cincinnati. »

« Great location and a very clean place! We loved relaxing on the back porch and taking in the amazing view. We stayed with another couple, and the layout was perfect—each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the house, which provided plenty of privacy. Alec was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again! »

« This place was absolutely spotless. Even the common areas in the building were clean. Great space with large open rooms, very high ceilings with modern/industrial touches. Bed was comfortably firm. In terms of distance to highlights of Cincinnati, it was perfect! 15 minutes walk to Reds stadium, Underground Railroad Museum, 25-30 minutes from soccer stadium. Close to restaurants and bars. « Starting with the positives, it's a great space and seems to have been recently renovated. Clean, inviting, plenty of room. We did a “boys” trip to visit a friend in the area, 5 of us altogether, and there was plenty space for everyone to spread out, relax, cook, and sleep comfortably. Having 2 full bathrooms was perfect. Beds were comfortable. The location was easy to get to. Parking isn’t ideal, but that’s not the owner’s fault. There is street parking if you can find it, and an open lot about...
