« Did not get proper instructions for check in process through Expedia. Also, no parking available at private property location. Had to park 2 blocks away from property and pay extra 30 dollars for which should have been included with renting property. Overall very disappointed and will not use Expedia again »

« It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. As I communicated the issue with the management company via text, I couldn't tell if I was...
