« This house was everything we could have wanted and more! Exactly as described. Fully stocked with everything you could imagine. The golf cart was a huge help for taking stuff ( and people) to the lake. We used the paddle board and kayak everyday and loved the huge floating mat and the lounge chairs and umbrella on the upper dock. We used the great fire pit area every night! « This was a great place to stay if you need access to Knoxville and also want to play some at Sevierville or Pigeon Forge. Even a day hike at the Smokies. Only thing that would be a suggestion is another option for comfortable seating besides the couch. We had a great stay for our son’s PhD graduation ceremony! »

« We had a wonderful time at Howard’s Hollow. The house was very clean, full kitchen with everything we needed for the week. The beds were very comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds. The house fit the theme of the Shire perfectly. We would definitely stay here again. »
