« Great stay . Had couple of problems that were taken care of . Love the boathouse!! Sit and look at Douglas lake for hours . Hot tub had problems with 2 jets not working properly, might have been my lack of knowledge with hot tub . »

« Very clean, new cabin, with stunning views! My wife and I spent most our time in the cabin on the patio, a good cup of Whiskey Morning Coffee and that sunrise! Let's just say i was so in awe I forgot to take a picture. My sons and I really enjoyed hanging out playing pool! Definitely recommend! »

« I can’t say enough good things about the property and the hosts… beautiful views, plenty of lake access and convenient location to all of the nearby attractions. And to hear the wolves at night was a special treat! Highly recommend and will be returning again and again… be sure to give Red and Xena plenty of loving! »

« My daughter and I needed a place to stay for her in-person registration at Carson-Newman.The Lodge was so close, we could have walked so it was super convenient. We stayed in the Magistrate Room and it was gorgeous. You could tell the renovation was recent because scoring looks brand new. Despite the newness, it still has a lot of charm. « This is a very cute modern tiny house near the lake. The amenities were very nice and the property is beautiful. It’s not the best view of the lake but you can see the water through the trees along the shore. My only issue is there is no access to the water from this property. You have to plan to drive to a public lake access elsewhere. Before booking I had been told by the property management company that we would have direct easy lake access we could get to by foot, so to find out that wasn’t...

« Arrive a little past check in time. Did not know how to get in. Finally got key code and it was wrong, so cleaning lady brought us a code. We got in, started looking around and bed was filthy and we pulled out couch bed and could not find the linen or pillows. Finally found them stuff away in coffee table. « We last minute decided to come and visit family on the lake before our week stay at Pigeon Forge. Place was very clean, and they had everything you needed in a kitchen. Short trip to the lake and the marina. Also, very accommodating and great sense of humor! We all got a kick out of the 2 paper rolls and empty paper towel roll between the toilet seat The outdoor area is very tiny and is right next to some neighbors, as it is an apartment style place.
