« Absolutely loved this hotel , it’s a very cute hotel . Check in and check out are very easy . We stayed for 4 days and plan on staying again for another week for a work trip . The only downside was when we entered the room and got settled in we noticed that there was a pile of hair under the bed we quickly just vacuumed it up . We went to work and when we got home we went to hope in the shower and we noticed hair all over the shower wall and pubic hair all over the tub . The water was not...

« First let’s talk about how nice they were at the front desk, Kayla figured out a credit card issue for us and was very patient. The property was in a perfect area to be able to walk to all The Oktoberfest Festivities, love the swings by the river, super relaxing. « This is a property in new hands as I learned while staying there this past week. They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept. "I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood. The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My subsequent calls were not even picked up. I have to go to the front desk and insist. After that, the problem was solved right away. "
