« Lisa was beyond kind, helpful and prompt with replies to the few questions we had. She offered info beyond the advertised items, like the falls just down the road. My family was so pleased with everything. They were amazed at the home and the grounds. We all had a great time together enjoying the fire pit and the wall of windows overlooking the slow moving river. An all around great experience !! »

« The house was beautifully located right on the river and it was a great place for our family to hang out on the decks and just enjoy being together. The owner was wonderful ever time we needed him he always called us. I cant say enough about this place it was just a nice get away and the house has every thing, that if you didn't want yo leave you wouldn't have to. But we sure enjoyed the bakeries and enjoyed Helen alot. We hope to find time to book this house again. »

« The house is beautiful, and the kids had so much fun fishing, swimming, and kayaking in the lake. The only downside is, there's a lot of road noise all day and night. I will say, the house more than made up for it though. Check in was a breeze, and communication with the host is flawless. »

« This is such a cute and charming cabin. It’s been nicely updated and we loved the bear decoration motif. It’s in a great location, close to the beach club and the best trails in Big Canoe. "I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood. The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My subsequent calls were not even picked up. I have to go to the front desk and insist. After that, the problem was solved right away. "
