« The value for the money of this place was excellent. You have to pay a small fee for access to the Big Canoe amenities, but it was well worth it. Be aware, this is a cabin-like place in the woods. There are spiders, and lots of them. One or two may even get into your cabin or spin a web on your car. Just remember that you are in their home and you'll be okay. Wifi is spotty at best. »

« Location was perfect, we were right in town could walk everywhere which was nice. Could sit out on are porch and see the river and it was easy to walk down to the river as well. Very clean comfortable place to stay. One concern.. On the porch looking out toward town there where wasp nest, we open the door and they attack us !! Luckily we didn’t get stung.. But two did get inside that we where able to kill. »

« First visit ever to Helen, GA. The unit was very comfortable, cozy and decorated with a little bit of modern flair mixed with some nostalgia and a touch of traditional mixed in. The elevator was my favorite. We used it to go up and down all 3 floors. The screened in deck off the living area was so nice to sit in the early mornings.
