« Excellent stay! This is a brand new VRBO listing in Lubbock, and everything was perfect. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, well equipped, and exactly as described. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need. The location was convenient, the home was quiet and relaxing, and communication with the host was excellent. I travel quite a bit for work, and this was a great place to come back to at the end of the day.I would absolutely stay here...

« Property address in this neighborhood has issues as there are two properties with same address. Host should update checkin instructions with correct address location and make it easier to access property. Property was clean and as advertised and spacious. We visited only for one night stay with 7 adults and 2 kids on trip back from Colorado to Austin. This property is really a gem and hosts should just update instructions on access to property »

« It is an older house and the price reflects that, but it is updated enough to feel clean and functional. It was nice to have the full kitchen, laundry, and yard for the dog. The air works great even when the outside temp got up to 106 when we were there. Shower had good water pressure. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and stores. The house has a few quirks, the metal frame on the king bed is loud with movement, and the table has bench seating, no chairs. Overall a great place...

« This place was absolutely Beautiful! Great for our group of junior high cheerleaders! We got this home after a terrible experience at a hotel. This was a breath of fresh air! It was in a great neighborhood we were able to practice cheers on the front lawn, people walking dogs would stop and wave! It was a very nice house with plenty of towels and bathrooms for our group of 9 girls!!! The master bed felt hard at first but it was a firm memory foam! I slept great! and the master shower was...

« We were looking for a vacation but seriously became worried we were going to leave being in some sort of crime documentary. We should've read the older reviews. The 10/10 reviews def come from the junkies that mustve rented this place out in past. Pretty sure this place is a trap house when not booked. Slits in mattresses, candy wrappers found in a bed, sh*t stains in toilet, spider webs in windows, dust all over, holes in wall, home foundation issues, cabinets/counters coming apart, beer cans...

« We had a great stay! The house was very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was responsive and usually replied within an hour. We also really appreciated being able to bring our dogs, and having a washer, dryer, and laundry detergent provided was very convenient. The only small drawbacks were the limited outlets in the bedrooms, so an extension cord or power strip in each room would be helpful for charging phones and smartwatches. Also, the backyard light sensor was not working, so I...
