« Location, location, location. Easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Off street parking. Very clean and comfortable. Immaculately maintained. One queen bed in master and a bunk bed in second bedroom. Well appointed kitchen with quality dishes, glassware, etc. Not cheap, but nothing is in Crested Butte is (and you get what you pay for). »

« Budget is a more appropriate word than “causal”. Given the price I think it is fair to market the condo as budget. It needs a fair amount of maintenance, like screens on the sliders, sheets that do not have blood stains, functioning toilet handles, cleaned carpets...or better yet, replaced with some kind of hardwood or alternative flooring. The unit smelled like weed; not a huge inconvenience unless you have a 3 year old in tow, and wanted to leave some sliders open to get fresh air in the...

« The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom/vanity light was not working so if you wear makeup it will be a problem. We stay at the GL several times a year. This room was very quiet compared to many of them. »
