« Overall our stay was great. The house was exactly as listed, great location within the neighborhood and to the beach. Everything was clean, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all the commonly used appliances and utensils. Check in was a bit of a headache because the gate code didnt work which left us stuck at the gate with a line of cars behind us. We attempted to contact the host several times that night via the phone number listed and through Vrbo with no response...

« We have stayed in this cottage several times before when it was managed by the Port Inn. Nothing has changed, as far as we can tell, except ownership and management. The unit itself is very clean, and well stocked. It would have been nice to have a Keurig machine, but our fault for not asking. Check in was easy, and the owner cautioned about late evening night check-ins and a potential glitch with the lock well ahead of time. « The host was welcoming and stayed in touch. Great location to the shops and restaurants. I didn't like that I had to sign another rental agreement in addition to the VRBO rules. It was about 5 page and basically absolved the owners of everything and made you responsible for everything. I have never had to do this with any other rental I have done through VRBO. « We had a great stay and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. It was comfy cozy, home away from home. The only thing is that house keeping did not wash the quilts in the room with bunk beds. There was stuff on them. That said we would definitely stay there again. The owner is great and communicates with us promptly and regularly.
