« There were mice droppings everywhere. In the cabinets, in the utensil drawer, all over. This is a serious health and safety issue and we worried about getting sick. We had to wash all the dishes before using anything. There were holes in the wall, unrelated to the mice it seems (too high up the wall). I would not let any other guests book this chalet until this matter is resolved. « The chalet was clean and the location was very convenient, just a short distance from Blue Mountain Ski Resort and Collingwood. The curb appeal was fairly minimal, and the interior had the bare essentials. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which we appreciated. Overall, a good no-frills option if location is your priority. »

« Host was great! We needed a lighter for the wood stove and it was provided immediately. Everything was exactly as expected. Some of the beds are not in great shape. There was one in particular that actually may be broken - it sagged underneath and was impossible to get comfortable. Otherwise, it’s a great location, instructions on what to do and what we needed to bring were very clear. Definitely recommend! »

« No issues with the hosts. Hosts were nice and responsive. They were accommodating when we requested for early check-in.
