« We have been with all my family. 3 couples including 6 kids and one grand mother. The size was perfect for us. Another good point was that the house has three bathroom and two kitchen. So it makes all very easy for each families. The beds were confortable. Upstairs it was a bit hot because it looks like the A/C units were all at the ground floor. There was TV every where also. « The place was exactly as advertised, and the living area was excellent for group socializing, spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. The location is also very convenient, really close to Blue Mountain, which made getting around easy. Peter was a fantastic host and always replied promptly. Any concerns we raised were addressed quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again. »

« Host was very responsive, and the space was much better in person, and very clean. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. It’s been a rough winter so there was some ice build up on the stairs leading down to the hot tub, so it would have been nice to have that checked before arriving. Also there was no tinfoil, clear wrap or wax paper type things so we had to get creative with cooking and keeping leftovers. But overall the experience was wonderful and the chalet was exactly what we needed....

"Bonjour , TrĂšs déçu de mon expĂ©rience. J’avais rĂ©servĂ© une chambre Ă  l’HĂŽtel Oakes aux chutes du Niagara plusieurs semaines Ă  l’avance. Le jour de mon arrivĂ©e, l’hĂŽtel m’a appelĂ© Ă  la derniĂšre minute alors que j’étais au volant et je n’ai donc pas pu rĂ©pondre. Une fois arrivĂ© sur place, on m’a informĂ© qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible pour moi et que ma rĂ©servation avait Ă©tĂ© transfĂ©rĂ©e Ă  un autre hĂŽtel, le Hilton Niagara Falls. Cette situation m’a pris complĂštement par surprise et m’a causĂ© beaucoup de stress aprĂšs plusieurs heures de route. MĂȘme si l’hĂŽtel de remplacement Ă©tait correct, je trouve inacceptable d’apprendre Ă  mon arrivĂ©e que l’hĂŽtel oĂč j’avais rĂ©servĂ© n’est plus en mesure d’honorer ma rĂ©servation. Une meilleure communication et une confirmation prĂ©alable auraient Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©es. Je ne suis pas satisfait de la gestion de cette rĂ©servation."
