« The house was very clean with an open concept. Kitchen and living room. The beds were very comfortable as well. the bathrooms were spacious with waterfall showers and enough room for a larger person. The outside porch overlooked a small brook that had tranquil water sounds. All appliances worked how they should with no trouble. The only negative thing i spotted was the tall grass and leaves in the yard made it harder for my small dog to roam around. The couch didn't match the one in the pictures...

« Overall we had a great stay at the River House. We spent a long weekend with family celebrating a milestone birthday. The house had plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other and almost everyone had their own bathroom. I don’t even know where to begin…we encountered cigarette butts and trash in the planters flanking the entry? An overwhelming smell of a gerbil cage upon entry. A space that was unheated (it was a cold November). The home decorated with Salvation Army finds. Nice, if you can get the . The guest room bathroom smells of sewer gases. "The guy at the reception finished his cigarette before greeting me. The door of my room did not lock because it ha been forced open by a prybar type of tool. It took them an additional 10 minutes to give me a new room and key. He gave me the key to an occupied room. Another 15 minutes Ian other room…terrible. People from outside came and help themselves with the breakfast buffet in the morning. Staff did not interfere. Felt like the place is operated by low life mafia. I was afraid that my truck would get stolen.. "
