« The perfect stay in the Catskills! Everything looked just like the pictures. Clean, easy access to restaurants close by, and Daniel was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend! »

« First off, Rick is very friendly and is an excellent communicator! We arrived at the property and felt instantly at home. We enjoyed using the large grill, using the hot tub while looking at the stars. All three bedrooms have confortable beds and AC units and tvs plus dvd/vcr players! There is a wide selection of VCR tapes and DVDs to watch in any of the bedrooms or living room. We had everything we needed to cook and grill our meals without bringing any supplies from home, besides food. The...

« David was excellent in communication & the whole thing was easy & hassle free. Clean & nicely appointed little place. »

« Rain or shine, you can spend your days outside because of the covered deck. Thankfully the weather was nice, and we were able to spend nearly every waking minute outside. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and there was an abundance of wildlife. We would wake up early just to sit outside and watch the deer and bears. The inside was spacious and clean. There’s plenty of seating inside and outside. It’s a unique house, and I would absolutely stay here again. »

« One of our best-ever home rental experiences. The house is even nicer in person than it appears in the photos; it was very comfortable and extremely well stocked. We appreciated having air conditioning on a couple of hot July days. Our host was wonderful and gracious. Highly recommended! »

« Overall, we had an amazing time here! The decor was adorable and there was ample space. We were pleasantly surprised by the layout, the ease of the hot tub and facilities, and all of the additional amenities like towels and utensils! We loved this place and highly recommend it :) »

« It was a greatly disappointing experience to rent from Kevin. This review is two months after my stay because I have been trying to resolve my issues directly with him, however, even after involving VRBO, we have not been able to do so. The initial concern started when Kevin contacted me on check in day to notify me that there had been an issue with the pool filter and that the pool water would be cloudy until the new filter cleaned it up. He offered to cancel our reservation/add a night for...

« Quiet and private. Very well maintained and super cute. Wonderful covered front porch. Hot tub was clean and in working order and plenty of hot water for showers. Would absolutely recommend. »

« Large place, well maintained and very spacious »

« We had a great time at this home in Windham. It was our first time in the area and it didn’t disappoint. The home was easy to find and exactly as described. Plenty of space for a large family or multiple families to comfortably stay. There was a nice welcome basket on the counter with some house information and a few snacks. We quickly found our rooms and settled in. The house is very clean and the air condition worked great. We were only 4 adults so we stayed in the front bedroom upstairs...
