« House was easily located per the address and owner gave great communication on check in. We know it had been rainy a few days but it would have been awesome if the grass had been mowed. Between the grass/bugs and the small size of the patio, our group of 6 didn’t spend much time outdoors.In decent weather I would say this is totally walkable to the main area of Grafton. « Kid friendly - pet friendly - lovely view of stars (when no clouds). Comfortable home! Stairs are kind of steep if you have someone with mobility issues but they have their other 1 story property too. I walked past it during a hike and it also looks lovely. Kevin was so easy to communicate with. I will be back. »

« The stay was phenomenal. The location was a block away from everything. Restaurants, bars, shops, and gas stations were accessible within a rock’s throw. The host was there if I needed her. The house was perfect for me and my group. Everyone was very impressed. »

Very clean and comfy.It is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Also walking distance to the Aerie Skylift and winery. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. « Great property! Perfect size for our group of ten! Bit of an odd layout but I just think that’s how older houses are. Right in the middle of Grafton. We walked everywhere. Loved the courtyard and fire pit. Would definitely stay again! »

« Our family reunion was amazing! Every one really enjoyed the property, seclusion, and the ability to stay up all night, swim, etc. We loved how there was so much space for each family and the kids to enjoy, yet have a a quiet place to rest. The kitchen had a lot of the common stuff we needed. We did have to run out to buy some things like shampoo, toilet paper, etc because it wasn’t provided. On their vrbo listing, it listed a hot tub but there wasn’t any. It didn’t really bother us though...
