Comté de Granville - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« This is a lovely apartment close to NCSU, quiet, clean and nicely furnished. The host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again. »

« What an amazing stay! Ann-Marie and Tony were extremely communicative and hospitable hosts. Upon arriving, there are clear instructions and signage for parking and throughout the home for a smooth check-in process. The apartment felt like its own private unit, designed with the guests comforts in mind. Everything was exactly where you would think it would be, the apartment was clean and cozy with a surprising amount of amenities. The porch area with the fenced in backyard was a welcome respite...

« I BOOKED A 3 NIGHT STAY AT OYO HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA. WHEN WE ARRIVED TO CHECK IN, THE CLERK SAID..... SORRY, YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED ! I PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE, SHOWED HIM MY RESERVATION AND HE STILL WOULDN'T HONOR IT. I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM ! I HE SAID CORPORATE CANCELLED IT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO CHEAP ! I HAD TO SCRAMBLE AND FIND OTHER LODGING AT NIGHT FOR ANOTHER HOTEL ! THEN OYO SAID IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE AND KEEPING MY MONEY !!! I AM OUTRAGED & WILL NEVER STAY THERE...

« Do not book in advance. We live hours away and booked this stay weeks in advance just for the host to cancel it with no communication an hour before we got to Raleigh. After driving all day we were left with no idea where we were gonna sleep that night and only a few hours to figure it out before the concert we came to town to attend. »

« I completely underestimated how wonderful this property was going to be. My whole family enjoyed it as well. My only thing I would like to add that if you have bad knees this is probably not your spot. Lots of stairs! Thank you Kathryn for such an enjoyable place to stay! »

« This place was the worst place I've ever stayed in. There wasn't any utensils nor dishes for the "kitchenette". Unbelievably, there was no cold water in the shower - usually, it's the hot water that is bad, but in this case the shower was blazing hot and that was the only temperature. There were cockroaches in the room. I killed at least 8 of them. The place needs an exterminator. The lacked basic accessories such as lights on the bed night stands and no rod, hangers nor shelves in the...

« Everything was as expected. Sheets looked a bit stained in one area but looked clean other than that. Everything was as expected and super easy to come and go. Wouldn’t be good for people who don’t do stairs well but I had no problem. »

« Very cozy property close to great restaurants and entertainment. Very responsive owner. Highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again! »

« The only major thing that we didn't care for was the extremely late check in requirements or having to pay for early entry. 5pm is very late especially when check out is 11am. If you want to spend any real time in the residence you can't do so without staying for more than one day. So basically we paid to sleep there which can be done at a hotel but we wanted the homey feel. I would make a note on the listing as well that this is an old building and to expect to hear noises, neighbors etc....
