« This is amazing house - very large rooms, lots of outdoor space, great parking space and really cute decor. The house and bedding were both clean and nice. The location to all of our activities was just perfect. We will definitely keep this house on our list for another visit.PS We also appreciate that it was dog friendly. »

« We had a lovely time. When we weren’t out enjoying the sights and activities of the area we were sitting on the dock enjoying the water and sun. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. The fish were jumping all around us as we sat on the dock so if you enjoy fishing bring your poles and tackle.The hot tub in the evening under the moon and stars was amazing. « We enjoyed the tree house feel of staying at the Octagon House! The views were astounding. We even were greeted by a doe and two fawns when we arrived. We drove to Malvern for the Walmart there to get groceries which took about 25 minutes each way. The drive into Hot Springd was scenic and easy! « This house was cozy and clean and great for our stay in Arkansas. Our kids loved the woods surrounding and walking to the lake. We had a couple issues when we arrived and the owner was over very quickly to fix them. Would stay again! »

« Beautiful backyard view of the lake and plenty of room to enjoy outdoors! Kayaks were wonderful and we loved the volleyball net and fire pit. We appreciated having lots of bathroom towels on hand and amenities fully stocked! Great space to sprawl out and relax. Some maintenance issues with broken drawers, handles on kitchen cabinets, broken chairs around the fire pit, and the cushions were left outdoors and dirty so couldn’t sit in. Hot tub was nice for the kids, just doesn’t get very hot....
