« The host was very accessible and responsive. The kitchen is awesome and was great for accommodating all 6 of us.We loved the separation of bedrooms on different floors which provides privacy for guests as well as 3 bathrooms. Nice large backyard with great views of lake in a very private and peaceful cove. We parked our boat right at the private dock which was very convenient. This property is close to the boat launch, restaurants and more. »

« Great location close to Blackwater Falls State Park and the two towns of Davis and Thomas. Communications with host suburb! All I needed to cook meals with stove, microwave, pots/pans, coffeemaker; Small space but just right for my solo retreat at waterfalls, rivers, trails for hiking! Highly recommend !! »

« Mike was extremely responsive. There was an issue with the hot tub and he addressed it within an hour. The house is lovely for a small family and great for a dog. It was a perfect location for enjoying the lake especially hiking »
