« The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get. »

« NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. The temperature outside was 42 degrees F in the morning. That day while we were away someone came and turned on the heat and entered our apartment and turned the thermostat down. Because a laundry...

« This property is immaculate, and the host thought of everything. Did you forget a dog bed? No worries. There's one your dog won't want to wake up from, fluffier and comfier than anything you have for them at home. Want to bake muffins? There are tins for that. Afraid you'll miss your own bed? You won't. The one here is nicer. As is the kitchen. And the TVs, if you have time for that, are easy to use and picture perfect. Despite being on what looks like a busy road, it's quiet. I slept better...

18. Large Private 2 Bedroom Apt w/ Epic Deck View

South End

« Dave's place is perfectly located in the heart of Burlington, surrounded by classic Victorian homes in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to Champlain College. The apartment had plenty of room for our family, with large bedrooms, a full kitchen and spacious living room. And we definitely took advantage of the rear decks overlooking the lake. The oversized screened porch was ideal for dinners, as well as Vermontopoly game nights at the large dining table. We also enjoyed a few nights in the...
