« Super clean and awesome living space, and having lake access to beach a small boat was very nice. Close access to a public boat ramp was also key for me. To be clear, the living space itself is across the nil-traffic road, so you have to walk over to the beach and dock to have coffee on the lakeshore. Owners were super nice and very helpful. »

« Great host, communication was great and he did arrange everything for us. Loved the location, it a lake front property. It was a renovated property . Our stay was good. »

« This could be a top-rated stay but there are a few major negatives.Pros: The listing in terms of the site and access to water is accurate. The area is beautiful! And there is plenty of room for 4 adults to move around in comfort. The back porch is nice and there is a sizeable back yard for those who bring dogs. The beach is steps away from the house and we enjoyed swimming there. Cons: Firstly, the listing states that water is drawn from the lake. We have stayed at other places which do the same...

« Chalet rustique très confortable tranquille avec une vue superbe sur le lac. La baignable n’ est malheureusement pas possible devant le chalet car beaucoup d’algues. Nous avions trouvé un petit coin à 3 minutes en auto pour faire du paddle board et se baigner. »

« My wife and I had a lovely time over July 4. Nice neighbors very peaceful dogs loved it. »

« Wonderful place for vacation.look forward to repeat stay! »

« Beautiful cabin but called "camp". We felt right at home and we were thankful they had AC during the small heat wave. We loved sitting on the deck and on the dock! If we had more time we would have definitely used the 2 kayaks which they provided. Means we have to come back. Thank you to Robert our host he was terrific. Very quick to respond to our messages. Bye to Vermont for now. »

« Outside area by the lake was not clean at all, we had to sweep lots of cobwebs and such and chairs were thrown over the sides into the brush and trees etc. »

« The house and property was well maintained and clean. A relaxing place. One could view the lake from the dining room table - it was lovely and peaceful. A great place for relaxing and resting with lots of amenities. A good choice for our week's stay. »

« The stay was great! Wonderful sunsets with herons in their natural setting. Would stay there again. »

« The property was excellent for the 6 people we had! Plenty of rooms and comfortable beds! The yard was what we needed to park 3 Bassboats and trucks! The property is centrally located to many launches. Living room, kitchen and eating area was more than adequate for our group! All the kitchen amenities to cook and serve a meal was there for our use!The only drawback we found was all the bedrooms had stairs to navigate, and it was an issue for a few guys with bad knees!Overall I’d recommend this...

« This was our second time staying at Don and Perky’s cottage, and it certainly won’t be our last! We had another absolutely wonderful stay. The cottage is immaculately kept and well-equipped with everything you could need. Outside, the lake is beautiful, we especially enjoyed the stunning sunsets. Perky’s gardens are also very beautiful and add a lot to this charming property.A massive bonus for us, the property is pet-friendly. Finding high-quality, pristine rentals that welcome pets can be...
