CONS: The only shower was a vintage style bathtub that required stepping over the side - not safe for older folks or those with mobility issues. The front door did not feel safe - several glass panels could easily be punched out to access the inside deadbolt and the flimsy curtain on the glass did not provide any privacy. Old floor vents...
