« Downtown Blue 1 was a lovely apartment close to downtown Rome. It is in a quiet, industrial neighborhood very close to all the amazing restaurants and bars on the main street of town. The apartment itself is well equipped and very comfortable. The beds were confortable and the bathroom shower was great. We also appreciated being able to watch TV in both the living room and the master bedroom. »

« Conveniently located but close to train tracks so when the train comes through it is pretty noisy. Otherwise this worked really well for us. We were in town for a baseball tournament. Only suggestion I have is to add a frying pan to the kitchen for guests to make breakfast. Host was easy to get in touch with. I would stay here again. »

« This place is a hidden gem for sure. Very convenient location for all needs. We had a terrific place to stay to visit with my grandbabies. Tons of space! Would also like to add, if you're any type of sensitive, you'll be in for a bit of a surprise. Checkout details we're a bit vague. Would've appreciated better clarity. Overall would definitely revisit this location! »

« Overall: Hosts were incredibly friendly and accessible via text, but very happy to let me come and go. The studio was lovely - they've styled and equipped it well with everything I needed for my stay. I got in late Friday, and lights were left on and everything was as described in the check in note they'd sent - I was able to easily access the property, potty my dogs in the yard, and then fall into bed. I was in town to teach a dog training seminar for the weekend, so was gone all day Saturday...
