« Great little spot! Cute condo in a fantastic neighborhood. Host was outstanding and communicative, easy check in/out, very clean and well equipped. Location was amazing, walking distance to VMFA, science museum, restaurants and coffee shops, Whole Foods. We took uber from the airport for a 3 night stay and walked EVERYWHERE, didn’t need a car. It’s a great part of Richmond. Sunday Brunch at Savory Grains was outstanding! (But make a reservation). First time to RVA, loved the city and this...

« 2 VERY comfortable king beds, all the amenities, great for the weekend! »

« Place was very clean and perfect location for our needs (near son and his family). Lots of cool shops and restaurants. Easy to get in and out. Owners were awesome to deal with. We didn’t need parking but there seemed to be plenty (paid?) if it was needed.Bed was comfortable, linens were great.The only thing I would change was the street noise at night. Our room faced Broad Street and there is a theatre across the street and a bus stop where folks seemed to be hanging out and some hot rods going...

« My husband and I were looking for a place to stay that was close to the convention center, and this listing fit the bill great. It was a less than 15 minute walk over fairly flat terrain to the convention center. Mark and Tommy, the hosts, were friendly, welcoming, and responsive to questions. We got a great and comprehensive overview of the building, entrances, and parking options.The apartment itself was clean and well-kept and updated. It was a comfortable space to stay. « Absolutely lovely and so convenient! We walked everywhere and didn’t take our cars out once. We shopped, ate at cute restaurants, wandered and visited the Virginia Museum of Fine Art, all on foot! »

« My second stay with Mark thorough VRBO; again, it was a great stay. Amenities were great, location is stellar. Mark and his time went above and beyond. Will stay again if ever back in Richmond! »

« This cozy apartment was just what we needed for our quick visit to Lake Anna to participate in a local triathlon. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Checking in was easy and checking out was a breeze. All of the amenities we needed were available. Everything worked as expected: keurig, toaster, dishwasher, shower sinks, etc. »

« Although not the property I intended I'm renting, property management was diligent and finding a replacement, I was uncomfortable and sitting on the quaint they're simply because of the number cobweb on the deck underneath the home. Not so much a property issue but more of a resort issue, I made a reservation for a horse-drawn carriage ride only for them to cancel it 30 minutes prior because of lack of carriage availability. »

« Great walkable location in quiet neighborhood. Alexandra was responsive, provided clear instructions for getting in and answered my questions. A couple of maintenance issues arose, which she addressed promptly. Bed was comfortable, wifi great, and unit had the things I required. »

« April reservation for July was canceled 2 days prior to check in. Still waiting on 1 day credit after being upgraded for 2 days. Check in is at 4 but cabin wasn’t ready until 6:15 even though previous tenants left the night before. Employees were not friendly at all. No fireworks on the 4th as told on phone. It was quite a fiasco. I would not recommend it. Better value at a beach »

"Un hôtel propre, spacieux et avec du personnel vraiment gentil ! Ça fait du bien durant un Road trip ! La piscine est un vrai confort pour les enfants et la laverie pour les parents ! Autour, un walmart très pratique et plusieurs chaînes de restauration "
