« Thanks for having us! »

« Great place to stay! Walkable shops around. Will definitely stay here again. »

« We came to town for my daughter’s soccer tournament and loved this location for our home base. Great location, a lot of nearby restaurants, coffee shops and bars. We also loved visiting Carytown, less than a mile walk! »

« Great place and beautiful lake, »

« A beautiful home that was clean, fully furnished and perfect for our group of four, one couple and our two adult sons! The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We did not do any cooking during our stay, but the kitchen is stocked with everything one would need. Check in and check out were easy due to the great communication with the host, and our host was very responsive to our inquiries, any day and any time! The location was great as it was quiet and a short drive or rideshare wherever...

« We stayed at this VRBO for three months while waiting for our new home to be built. The owner was communicative and responsive whenever we had questions. The house was comfortable and worked well for a longer stay, and the location was convenient with many stores and restaurants nearby. We truly appreciated having such a pleasant place to stay during this transition and would recommend it to others. »

« Love staying here. Always clean and ready for us. Also was able to help when we thought our stay was a day longer. Staff and owner are always pleasant and helpful. »

« Super convenient location for the richmond convention center, great accomodations overall! »

« We needed an extended stay due to a military move and they were fantastic at helping us get booked for the dates we needed. The property was very clean, nicely appointed with comfortable beds/bedding and in a fantastic location. It had all the comforts of home that we needed as we completed our move. »

« It was good. »

« Great location, reasonable rates for the area, friendly helpful staff. Would stay here again. »

« My second stay with Mark thorough VRBO; again, it was a great stay. Amenities were great, location is stellar. Mark and his time went above and beyond. Will stay again if ever back in Richmond! »

« Quick check-in and pleasant staff. Yurt was clean and as expected. Easy and pleasant to work with owner, Joseph. Would rent from him again. »

« Great walkable location in quiet neighborhood. Alexandra was responsive, provided clear instructions for getting in and answered my questions. A couple of maintenance issues arose, which she addressed promptly. Bed was comfortable, wifi great, and unit had the things I required. »

« The check in/out instructions for the unit from AI were different than what the owner required - very confusing. No screen on sliding door to balcony so we couldn’t allow fresh air into the unit without the risk of bees coming in.Squeeky and annoying ceiling fan in front room.Photo of the living area is not an accurate representation of the roomThe bathroom sink in the middle hall bathroom as well as the kitchen sink were both slow emptying. One positive - location of the unit. »

« April reservation for July was canceled 2 days prior to check in. Still waiting on 1 day credit after being upgraded for 2 days. Check in is at 4 but cabin wasn’t ready until 6:15 even though previous tenants left the night before. Employees were not friendly at all. No fireworks on the 4th as told on phone. It was quite a fiasco. I would not recommend it. Better value at a beach »

« Great property! No complaints. Great location. Great hosts! »
