« We stayed over the 4th with a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) and had a blast! The guys fished every morning and they caught something each day! We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. « The house was extremely clean and ready for my guests and I when we arrived at the check in time. There were some leaves stuck to the drains in the bottom of the pool but it did not impact any use of the pool. Anyone coming to this property, I'd recommend buying additional cleaning and toiletry products as the house came stock with some but my group completely used the products in the first day or so. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone as my group and I had so much fun using...

« We had a wonderful stay. The house is located at a wonderful location on the river. The home was clean, stocked with everything you can think of, clean and comfortable. There was something for everyone to do, especially since we were a large group. The river was great and well stocked with kayaks, sups and outdoor activities. "The smell in the room and the floor dirty, nope thank yo, not anymore EVER. Even when I mentioned that to the nice guy in the morning at the desk he said 
 : oh yes they are planning to remodel, but don’t know when. Well overpriced for such room. And poor reaction from the management team. And the reception was very average . Anyway enough said I guess "
