« We stayed over the 4th with a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) and had a blast! The guys fished every morning and they caught something each day! We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. « This was the perfect place for a big group. We had 4 kids that played the ultimate game of hide and seek in the main house. We wished the water had been higher to the dock like the picture. But it was high enough to swim a little farther to the right. The guest house was great for all the older parents. »

« Came for a wedding and needed a place that could accommodate people coming and going over the weekend. Home was perfect for family get together and the kids loved the pool. Home was equipped with enough basic supplies that very little was needed other than food. They were also very responsive to any messages as well. Very much enjoyed the stay. »

« Wow, this place was more than I expected. It looked good from the ad but the attention to detail and decor was a home run. Everything we needed was there, beds were super comfortable and the whole place was immaculate. Huge gated back yard area and tons of extras. Will stay again for MS 150 (2026) »
