« The only immediately relevant issue is the back door. It only locks the outside knob, which means if you have not checked the lock before going outside, you may have locked yourself out of the house. (happened twice). Otherwise, house is fine, and well stocked. The house is in an older neighborhood with all the pluses and minuses that that entails. There is a large park at the very end of the street, (some distance away) which I ran thru but there did seem to be some homeless folks in that area....

« Very clean home. Had everything we needed. Game room with TV was far enough from the bedrooms that it didn't bug those trying to sleep. Was a great hub for us during all the wedding events of the weekend. »

« The in-laws were in town and wanted to give them a great place to stay. Easy walk to Bidwell park, great for turkey trot, and close to downtown. We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the place. Would stay again. »

« What a gem! Such a cute, mid century vibe close to downtown and CSU Chico! We appreciated finding a dog friendly home to bring our pup along. Clean with attention to details (doggie bowls, AC on prior to arrival, ice ready in freezer and keurig machine for the morning were some of our favorite touches). « The house was perfect for the two of us and our small dog while we visited old friends in Chico. All the rooms, bathroom, and kitchen looked great and were really clean. The king bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could need. Our dog enjoyed cruising around the big, fenced back yard. »
