« House said it sleeps 12 and it does not . Garbages were not emptied and furniture in family room sat 3 people and was made of cardboard. »

« The house is darling, and very spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was very clean, and had plenty of extra linens & towels. The hosts were very responsive in answering questions prior to our stay. We would stay there again when visiting our daughter in Chico. »

« The home could use a deep clean, repair work and a blow dryer. The pool is great. The hot tub has been filled with dirt and loose pavers laid on top. »

« Lack of communication while we were there, house lighting/layout was not intuitive. No dish towels provided which led to paper waste. I strongly encourage written out check in/ out instructions. Also, front door outside lighting was poor, making it difficult to navigate the stairs. I also recommend some kind of rug be laid on the door way between kitchen and dining area and living room to kitchen. Price was reasonable. »

« House was clean and fully stocked. Great living spaces. Pool and hot tub were clean, beds were comfortable, great location. Lots of fun stuff at the house, lots of books, games, played the piano a bit, more apps than you need on the TV. We had a blast. Definitely a great find and will be back! »

« This house was adequate for what we needed, a space for 5 friends in town for a reunion. There was plenty of room for hanging out and the picnic table on the porch was nice for outdoor chill time. The furnishings were fine, nothing fancy. The linens and towels were worn and need a refresh. It would have been be nice to have wine glasses that were made out of glass rather than plastic. If you have allergies you should be aware that the linens and sheets are washed in highly scented detergent. We...

« Great location and wonderful hosts. The owners were very responsive and gracious throughout our stay. This was our first visit to the area, and we really appreciated how close the home is to Bidwell Park. The house met all of our needs and was spacious enough that we never felt crowded. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming—we even met a few neighbors who kindly offered us fresh lemons and oranges from their tree. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Great neighborhood. Our little dog loved the back yard and the quiet neighborhood to walk around in. The house was immaculate and huge! Anastasia was very accessible, friendly, and helpful. Appreciated amenities included free Wi-Fi, existing streaming services, and board games to play in the evening. Definitely would rebook next time I'm up there. »

« This was a sweet, cozy home, nicely decorated for the holidays. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the host left some wine & treats for us. We loved being able to walk to downtown. The only downside is that it’s on a busy road so there was some street noise, and the heating/ac units in each room were also a bit loud. Aside from that, we loved this place! »
