« Everything was wonderful! Super clean, great appliances and kitchen had everything needed! Mattresses were so comfortable!! Wonderful rental!!! »

« Pros- house was in a good location within walking distance to campus, host was responsive, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Cons- bathroom floor grout was covered in mold/mildew, house sleeps eight but only three bath towels provided. One bedroom had the fan remote missing and got very hot, one bed was very uncomfortable. Washing machine didn’t work. »

« House said it sleeps 12 and it does not . Garbages were not emptied and furniture in family room sat 3 people and was made of cardboard. »

« The property was just as described. We appreciated that the driveway is a half circle with two options to pull in. We stayed for a family event that required a lot of trips and back and forth, and the road while super busy is a main road for the neighborhood. Being able to pull in and then drive out the other driveway without backing into the road was nice. It also meant that there was plenty of parking in front of the house. »

« Happy to get an early check in, house was well stocked and had fully stocked kitchen items (pots, pans etc…). Easy check in. »

« We arrived and quickly realized there wasn't A/C per the posting because it was 87F in the house. After we fully checked the property we found cobwebs, dead & live bugs, broken locks on windows, locked attic room above, fridge not cooling properly, heavy dust on cabinets, and the couch in the living area was not a sleeper as posted. The host, Brian, was very responsive, but appeared to be a part of a property management team and not the actual owner. Not a big fan of how it all went down upon...
