« The house exterior is in dire need of upkeep. Mold, and paint chipping and dry rotting is really everywhere. The outside of the house really needs a good power wash and the stairs leading up to the house needs sanding/painting.For the safety of upcoming guests, the steps off the sunroom onto the back deck should be marked. They are hard to see as the decking blends into the steps. We had a guest actually fall. Only one side of the garage can be used and only one car will fit on that side...

« The property is beautiful, spacious and exceptionally appointed. The photos do not do it justice. The facilities are immaculate and the grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. The unit is in a type of village that is quiet and calm. Each unit appears to have very private outdoor spaces. We were quite content and relaxed for our vacation. »

« This was a great vacation for my family, and our first time together at a beach. The beach was a short 4 minute drive from our location, and there were private pools very close to us also. There were some dust bunnies under furniture, but nothing too crazy at all. The beds don't have a box spring, so the mattress directly on the base boards were a little uncomfortable, but again this wasn't a huge deal either. Some of the outlets were 1/2 controlled by a switch, which was confusing to us at...

« The house is perfect for a family of 4. We went with our grand children. The ocean was right there and the pool just around the corner. The place was big enough that when it rained we could stay inside and not feel crowded. Great place. »

« The property was very dated. It could use updating and new carpets. For the price we paid, I was very disappointed. When I am on vacation and I really want new or updated and lovely surroundings. Found it difficult to enjoy relaxing here. »
