« This apartment is in an old apartment building but is updated & comfortable. It served my purpose of being near University Hospital very well. The only issue we had was that the internet was down for our entire 3 night stay. »

« Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location--close to Bridge St. and Walnut Beach. The kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't cook. Communication with Kevin was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Ashtabula. »

« Due to an issue with our lock, we did not stay in the listed apt. Melissa graciously upgraded our stay to one of her neighboring apartments. The building as a whole was very well kept and the view can't be beat. When it says lake front, Lake Erie is literal steps away. A little challenging to find in the dark, but it was an extremely pleasant stay. We had pleanty of room and it was nice to relax and not have to listen to hotel doors slamming and people running the halls. Definitely will...

« Parking was great and secure! The only thing is that non of the outlets or lights worked in the master bedroom on the wall with the bed. It made charging my devices rather inconvenient. But other than that everything was perfect! »

« No toilet paper for 2 days. Host was to bring some, no show. Building had a brutal odour and was masked with a perfume smell. »

« Overall this was probably the best place I have stayed. Apartment had great views, was incredibly clean, and all the amenities were fantastic. (pool and hot tub were not in season, but we went up to the roof to enjoy the view of the lake.) Included parking was great, and I especially appreciated how simple it was to check out (no list of chores to do before we left). Communication from host was on point. I would for sure stay here again. I brought whiskey, and they had not only whiskey glassed...
