« Stayed for a long weekend to recover from a traumatic family loss. Severe cold caused the drains to freeze in the home and water backed up into the kitchen floor while we were cooking dinner. After about 2 hours of frantic calls back and forth with the on call property manager and the maintenance man, we determined the property was not functional, as we could not use the bathrooms or kitchen sink. « Check-in and communication were great. With 6 adults and 2 toddlers who were attending a wedding at the Aspen Center @ Innsbrook, we couldn't have had a more ideal location. We didn't stop for firewood on our way in and wished we had as we passed several places selling it, but instead we enjoyed sipping wine on the screened in porch which kept us away from the bugs and close to the sleeping babies. There was plenty of things to do, so we wished we had a day without a wedding to enjoy it all. ...

« Place was great, communication was as well when we needed a second driver pass to get into Innsbrook Daniel was quick to respond, kids loved the hot tub and fire pit, secluded spot, no neighbors in sight, would stay here again »

« Quiet and relaxing escape with the family! The property is down a gravel road away from the rest of the resort and felt pretty isolated, which we appreciated. There was a bit of a dog smell when we firat got there because it is listed as pet friendly, faded pretty quickly though. Overall, a great stay! »

« Nice home, with plenty of space for privacy, and we enjoyed our Innsbrook experience. Kids really enjoyed pool and playground at the Commons, along with all the deer on the resort. Very nice. »

« House was spectacular but unfortunately had litter at the bottom of the deck & the stairs leading to the lake. We found a caught mouse in a bathroom cabinet & generally felt like it should've been much more tidy. Still 4/5 stars as the property is amazing. »
