« Great place to stay if you’re coming to Versailles. It's right downtown in a historic building with convenient parking. The rooms are as advertised: modern furnishings and quite spacious. Breakfast is set out downstairs every morning with pre-packaged oatmeal, muffins, fruit and such. The owner is very responsive and conscientious. It is not a hotel with a front desk or anything, and don't expect antique furniture or character in the rooms themselves, but we would definitely stay here again if...

« My daughter and I stayed at the Woodford Inn for Gilmore Girls weekend! It was an amazing trip allowing us to easily walk to all the activities and restaurants with ease! Every morning there was grab and go breakfast also a snack in the evenings. Very close to the library and a wonderful playground my daughter loved! We will definitely be making this a yearly stay! « Met the staff in the afternoon as she drove up and made sure we had access code to lock. When we asked about the breakfast, which was listed on the Expedia details, she said there was no breakfast. She did check back later in the early evening if we needed anything, we did not. »

« Our annual family girls trip was fantastic. The cabin we stayed in was gorgeous. The breakfasts provided were delicious. We accidentally locked one of the bathroom doors and Ryan came right away to unlock it for us. He gave us recommendations of things to do in the area. The mosquitoes were very active, so bring some repellent if it is mosquito season, so that you can enjoy the porches and the trails. I wish we had been able to stay longer. »

« Beautiful grounds, only a block from downtown Versailles. (highly recommend the nearby Black Squirrel for dining). Easy free parking. The building seems a reconfigured meeting hall. No on-site personnel, but cellular comms quick. Room spacious, clean, well lit, comfy bed, very basic amenities, nice bathroom if quirky taps on bath/shower.
