« Being a dog friendly home, you would never know that animals were in that house. It was extremely clean and very easy to find. The host is fantastic. I forgot my earnings on the nightstand and she very responsive and mailed them to me. 10/10 the perfect distance from the race track too! »

« The house was perfect! Plenty of room to hang out, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful outdoor areas. The house is a tiny walk outside the back and you're on the river. The space was perfect. Would highly recommend. »

« I liked it very much, the house was very nice and nicely decorated. Everything was there even washer and dryer. The view was so excellent and if it was warmer weather would have enjoyed sitting on deck overlooking the water. Location great, near markets, etc. I would rent again. Jan »

« Great house, great locaction and awesome host. We were in town for a show at SPAC and this property was close enough to walk to the venue. The house is very spacious, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The host Mike was so nice and communicative. We will stay here agian and reccomend it to friends for sure. »

« This rental was perfect for myself and my two daughters. Everything was exactly as described - lovely welcoming and modern decor, spotlessly clean, all systems functioning as they should. « We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. « We rented this house for my son’s graduation from Skidmore College. Six family members and a dog stayed for the weekend. The place was perfect. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space (both indoors and outdoors) to relax. Easy check-in and check-out processes, and responsive management. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near walking trails, but amenities are close by. Easy access via back roads to Skidmore campus and SPAC grounds. We would stay here again. »
