« Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home. »

« Enjoyed our stay at you house on Sacandaga lake. It was roomy with lots of extra amenities. The ac was a plus during our stay as the weather was steamy! »

« It was an amazing stay in the wilderness, so many little animals to watch, the river is surrounding the private property. Town is a short 5 min drive away. Bathroom has hot water, kitchen is functioning with a pretty large fridge. There is even a coffee machine. We went for a dip in the cold water of the creek. . Would love to stay again. »

« Chris was very responsive to my messages and allowed to reschedule my booking to a different weekend. The caboose is gorgeous and so is the location. We did a photo shoot with the kids inside. It was so adorable! »

They did a great job renovating it and the whole place was impeccably clean and had everything I could think of. There were lots of hiking opportunities in the area that we took advantage of, too. It was just a great experience all around! »

« While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch. »
