« The room was very dirty, the floor as well. The ironing board cover was dirty. The only clean place was the bathroom and refrigerator. I was expecting clean towels every day and never asked if needed. I never saw the cleaning staff. I was expecting some kitchen utensils and pots and pans as well, but nothing. It was the WORST STAY ever!!!! »

« Overall it was an Ok stay. Unfortunately, in my case the hot water was not working even when I was told it was fixed. Good toilet & Shower features. I really liked the concept of the Tree Pod, but I do believe it could have been cleaned better. I did love the wooden construction of the space connected to the pod. They offer pillows, but I did bring my own. Some of the pillows looked stained & it is unknown when they were last washed or steam cleaned -or the fitted sheet/mattress. I recommend...

« Place is in the perfect location, 15 minutes from park entrance and 15 minute from Belle Brooke’s Cafe back down the road. It has all the amenities needed, such as plates, cooking supplies, eating utensils, and more. The outdoor shower can be finicky to get the water temp just right, but was otherwise amazing. Perfect for a couples getaway weekend, would highly recommend, especially before temperatures get too cold. »
