« Nice sized rooms and we enjoyed coming in after our night out and finding a popcorn machine that provided a great evening snack. The other rooms do seem to be occupied by people living there with food, clothes and possibly garbage sitting outside some rooms. We didn’t expect that but I guess it is an extended stay hotel. Room was fairly clean and simple so if you’re expecting frills don’t stay here. »

« Good place to stay if you only need a good,comfortable place to sleep & take a shower. No table or chairs in the room to relax in or eat, eventhough there is a microwave. Thank you, Nancy & Joe »

« We had a wonderful stay! Nice and clean, and each group had their own room. Of course, 2 bathrooms are always good. There was plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. We loved exploring the property, especially the chickens. The fresh eggs were great. Great communication and we had everything we needed. So close to Royal Gorge and nice stargazing, too. »

« The beds were clean. The shower had wet paper on the floor of the shower. The floors were swept but not clean. No iron or blow dryer. »

« The cost for this room is as stated. No frills - bathroom was not very clean - both shower and toilet didn’t look as if a scrub brush was ever used, toilet ran excessively, which is so wasteful. Hard to clean or rinse the coffee pot without possibly breaking it - single cup Keurig would work fine instead of an outdated and horribly stopped up water reservoir »

« This is by far the best! The attention to detail, functionality and beauty the owners have put into this home surpasses all other places I have stayed. Meeting the chickens and if your lucky the horses and cows was so fun! The horses are so sweet and enjoy affection. Great way to unwind when you are back from the adventures you have planned for the day. The hosts were kind and have a lovely home! »

« We truly enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable and clean, with terrific vintage furnishings, appliances (especially interesting in the kitchen!), and decor, it has fun little surprises in every room.
