« Fantastic stay »

« Pleasant place to stay with a lovely view of the lake. It is a peaceful setting with lots to offer. Our November stay and the cold snap that moved in toward the end of our visit did not allow for much outdoor time but we had a few hours of sunshine to enjoy the water view from the deck. There is some level of water view from almost every room in the house in the fall. And the heat worked great when the outdoor temp reached the low 30s with wind chill of 18 degrees! « This house was perfect for my family's Thanksgiving holiday. There were 9 of us ranging in age from 30 to 88. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the 2 kitchens had everything we needed for meal prep. I was impressed with the wide assortment of small appliances like crock pots, stand mixer, hand mixer, air fryer, blender, etc. We loved the large TV in the living room and the variety of games downstairs. « We enjoyed the peaceful cove and especially the hot tub and fire pit. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had good cooking space. For a group of 12, we were short one coffee cup, but other than that the dishes/utensils were ample and small appliances were very helpful.We truly appreciated the gas fireplaces as the weather was quite cool and we were still able to be outside to drink our coffee and enjoy the surrounding area. »

« Host quick to answer questions and sending updates. Was pleasently surprised to have linens. House and location was great. While we left our Lab home this time it is a great walking neighborhood and if your doggie is a swimmer the dock is perfect for that. »
