« It was a very nice stay, property is exactly as its described. »

« Our stay was really relaxing. The house was very clean and just as described. Great backyard for hanging out. Would definitely stay here again. »

« As stated very clean interior. The bed sheets were microfiber which unlike cotton do not breath and the pillows could certainly use an upgrade. future guests may like to bring their own. It would be nice to know how long to wait for reimbursement of the damage deposit and it certainly seems rather much. Speaking of which there was a small hole and ruined blind in the laundry room. Perhaps that could be noted so future guests have no concerns. The grounds needed to be tidied up. Potted plants...

« The cottage was super cozy; I absolutely loved it. Although our stay was short, I enjoyed it very much because of this cottage and Katy. Katy made sure we had everything we needed at all times, and she was an amazing host. I definitely would recommend this VRBO experience to anyone and everyone! »

« We had a great stay - very comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Kim was very kind and made it easy for us to get in even though our flight was late. Thank you!!! My family who stayed with me made several comments about the house being great as well. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. »

« Even though I received a confirmation from Hotels.com, Evolve (the property manager), had no record of our booking. We were on the phone with Evolve for 45 minutes, never received a call back and then got an email 2 hours later suggesting other Evolve properties. Never again. »

« Nice and modern and well appointed. Very clean and cozy. Loved the proximity to Acadia Farms for coffee a few groceries and delicious biscuits. Easy ride to UNCSA and downtown Winston-Salem. There may have been a squatter living on the porch of the house next door. We weren't worried as we are big city people but other guests may feel uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay in WS. »
