« The condo was roomy, light, bright, clean and very private. Excellent communication by the host. Access to the walkway along the marina was only a few steps away. We had a fun dinner at The Salty Dog with live music most nights, less than a 10 minute walk. All in all a wonderful stay and we would recommend this rental to everyone looking to stay in this area. »

« The property was very cute and homey. One of us slept on the pull-out couch and one in the bed. While the bed was the better of the two, the couch was definitely fine. I did not feel the support bars. The stairs are fine for younger people but a little bit dicey for those fit 70-year-olds. More handles would be nice. »

« The location was perfect. Everywhere we needed to be was less than 2 miles for us. Kitchen was very clean. As were the bathrooms. The only issue I had is that the beds were too soft. »

« We rented the property for our O40 soccer team for a tourney in Winston. It had plenty of room for the crew with lots of beds. The location was good with a nice wooded backyard. The house was fine, but could use some updating and probably a bit more seating options in the living room and king suite upstairs. Also, sponges or scrubbies in the kitchen would have been nice. All in all, though, it served the purpose and was a great house for our needs. Juan was really responsive and a great host. »

« La Casita is comfortable, clean and well-appointed. All of the furnishings and finishes seem brand new. Decor is cute. Quality/availability of towels and bed linens was good. Lina was a gracious host who responded very quickly and helpfully to all of our questions. The property is very close to Wake Forest Univ, and we were happy to be close to campus instead of staying in downtown Winston. My main caveat with La Casita is that the surrounding lot is not as manicured/well-cared for as the...

« The house was exactly as described. It was VERY clean, large bedrooms and large bathrooms. The hosts were prompt and accommodating with their response to any communication. They made sure we were comfortable and were great to work with.Quiet neighborhood in a wooded area.The location was perfect as we were visiting family and they were 5 minutes away. « Overall, my stay was nice and was a great location for my daughter, granddaughters, and myself to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday, shop, eat dinner, and spend time together. The living space was nice, bed in the bedroom was comfortable, the pull out beds from two couches were not as comfortable, but my granddaughters enjoyed the board games that were there.
