« We had an incredible stay - the place was even nicer than we could have hoped. We all had an incredible time and if we find ourselves in Charlottesville again, we know where we're staying!! »

« Studio 5 was just as described. Everything we needed and immaculately clean. It is convenient to Charlottesville and minutes from Monticello. Our children live nearby so we will surely return. »

« The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a couple more towels and washcloths in the room. »

« Our stay was great! This place is a gem! We had plenty of space for the two of us. The outdoor fireplace seating was lovely for the evenings and the porch was lovely for morning coffee. Host was just as great! Very helpful and quick to response. This will be our go to stay for our CVille visits. »

« This was my home for 18 months. Very comfortable. Appointed with all you need for short term or long term visit. Terrific neighborhood. Model host who is very responsive. »

« Although not the property I intended I'm renting, property management was diligent and finding a replacement, I was uncomfortable and sitting on the quaint they're simply because of the number cobweb on the deck underneath the home. Not so much a property issue but more of a resort issue, I made a reservation for a horse-drawn carriage ride only for them to cancel it 30 minutes prior because of lack of carriage availability. »

« April reservation for July was canceled 2 days prior to check in. Still waiting on 1 day credit after being upgraded for 2 days. Check in is at 4 but cabin wasn’t ready until 6:15 even though previous tenants left the night before. Employees were not friendly at all. No fireworks on the 4th as told on phone. It was quite a fiasco. I would not recommend it. Better value at a beach »

« Quick check-in and pleasant staff. Yurt was clean and as expected. Easy and pleasant to work with owner, Joseph. Would rent from him again. »

"I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there ! But for the rest, the rooms and everything is very well kept and clean The breakfast are decent Easy parking, and good choices of restaurants near by Not to far from the highway "
