« The only positive about this stay was the mattress was comfortable and the staff were ok. We stayed in room 112 and it smelled horrible. Pretty sure it was mold because we woke up with a headache and our lungs and sinus' were full. The room was horrible for all noises permeating the room, so very little sleep. The window locks were rusted and broken off. There was no fresh fruit or syrup at the breakfast. If we could give it a zero rating we would. We would NOT recommend anyone to stay there! »

« The hotel was dirty. The rooms were cleaned at a sub par level. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the carpets needed vacuuming both inside the rooms and in the hallways. Doors around the property were propped open. Front desk person was always outside. The pool bathroom door did not lock and was not cleaned. There was poop in the toilet that appeared to have sat overnight. The lobby smells like smoke. The room key cards constantly quit working. The tv had to be reset by the front desk person...

« We had booked multiple rooms only to find out there were no rooms for us. The hotel did not notify us in advance that the Travelocity booking was unable to be satisfied. Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed »
