« Super nice little farm house. Our only issue was that we have a 3 year old outdoor loving little boy and didn't realize the house was so close to the four lane US Hwy 27 with only about 40 or 50 feet between the front door and 65 MPH traffic. We should have researched it better so it was our mistake. The little outdoor area was nice and the traffic noise was tolerable but if it had been enclosed with a fence and gate - the peace of mind factor would have been greatly increased. »

« I enjoyed this as a one-person rental. It does technically sleep as many as five, but it would not be comfortable to do any “hanging out” indoors with five. The couch only seats two. It is on the same property as a larger home and would be great as extra beds or privacy for that home. It’s a creative tiny house.It was very peaceful and quiet. The outdoor space was charming, but check to be sure the cushions in the furniture have dried out before you expect to use them. The road and driveway are...

« Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The location was great for us as it was about 5 minutes from the Rome Tennis Center where our tournament was being held. As an added and unexpected bonus, there were 2 public courts in a park within walking distance of our house where we could warmup for our matches! Rooms were nicely equipped with charging stations, outlets, lots of lamps/lighting choices, closet space, etc. Our only small issue is that we really needed ice and filtered water from the fridge to fill our water bottles/coolers,...
