« It was a nice stay. Only issue would be the bed. Not the most comfortable. »

« Great safe place to stay. Comfy beds but bring an extra pillow. The space was clean and practical for our one night stay. It’s very minimal dishes and linens. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls. Coffee pot but no mugs. And only 1 small highball glass. But it was practical for what we needed a clean safe place to stay for 1 night. Very convenient location for an event at the arena. I would stay here again! »

« This place was centrally located and very close to everything I needed. The room had everything I needed as well and was very comfortable. There can be some noise from the road or if there are people above you, but it’s pretty easy to drown out. Would definitely stay again. »

« Exactly as described. Small cozy little one room apartment with the basics. Had a weeklong training in the area and this was a perfect option for the stay. I liked the location, next to a huge park which was fun to run through. Nice little quiet neighborhood too. »

« We enjoyed our stay in Arkansas. I only had a few concerns such as there was no tv remote and when I contacted the owner to ask about the remote they said that we could download the Roku app and use our phones as a remote but when we attempted this we could not get it to work. The place was clean except for a toilet plunger was covered in toilet paper and looks gross. Other then those two things we enjoyed our stay and the apartment was great! »
