« We enjoyed our stay. Had a family of 8 adults and 1 infant. Plenty of space. The only challenge was the lack of water pressure for a group our size. Only 1 shower at a time. But otherwise, it was a great stay. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Thank you for hosting us. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were perfect for our family. The location was fantastic because we could walk into the downtown Blue Ridge area for fun, food and shopping. It was also nice to have designated parking off of the street. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Blue Ridge but not on the Main Street. The property was clean and ready before check in time. The kitchen had nice appliances and plenty of dishes, cutlery and serving pieces....

« The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten »

« Overall, this home is beautiful and a very comfortable stay for a large group. It was clean and had great entertainment options. It has beautiful views from the large deck. We enjoyed having our coffee out there. The backyard is huge and kids loved to play. The hot tub is smaller but we just took turns and you have to walk over rocks to get to it so need sandals.
