« We stayed in unit 4 which had a wonderful well equipped private balcony. The apartment was clean, well-lit and well maintained. The kitchen was beautiful, modern looking and well equipped with modern appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also wonderful and had access to the private balcony. The location in downtown Waco was wonderful with just a short drive to the Silos, across the street from Hotel1928 and within easy walking distance of several restaurants. I'd recommend this...

« Such a cute property. I loved the decor. It was very clean and close to everything that we wanted to do. Took us a while to figure out the parking but eventually we got it.The only downside (if you even want to call it that) is that it is a loft and whenever the person upstairs showered or flushed the toilet it sounded like a rush of water was coming into the room. All I all it was very well equipped especially if you are planning an extended stay. »

« Great location with many restaurants and activities within walking distance including the Dr. Pepper museum and the Magnolia Silos. The property was well equipped and clean and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the property team as well. »

« Property was as mentioned - lots of charm, spacious and clean. The host was amazing with communication. As some comments imply, noise travels a bit. I am not marking this down, as I feel that’s part of shared walls and the “charm” of being downtown (train travels regularly) but if you know you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs, etc. The lofts are above the best book store and very walkable to Silos and Dr. Pepper Museum. »
