« Location perfect. Washer/dryer didn’t work but found out after trying to do a load (spin cycle broken), clothes were soaked and that’s when we discovered the dryer was broken too; cockroach in the kitchen; bathroom light in primary bedroom didn’t turn off. Communication with the host was poor. »

« The home appears to have been recently renovated and is very nicely decorated with comfy furniture, good lighting and a large TV. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. It is centrally located and within 10-15 minutes of everything in Durham. There is also a grocery store less than a mile away. We would definitely stay there again. »

« Very spacious and quiet despite being on a well-traveled street. Jesse was good at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, which was important for us. We’d look to renting again when in Durham. »

« The house was conveniently located to the colleges our games were played. It had everything we needed. We were intending to grill out, however the grill needed attention. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed our morning walks before heading to the ballparks. Grocery stores were close as well as a Target. »

« We traveled to Duke for my husband to give our son a kidney. This house was perfect! We had extra family members come in to support us. The house was super close to the hospital. The park across the street was great for my guys to walk after coming home from the hospital. The house was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat our family meals.
