« This cute house was perfect for our family gathering. Nice safe & quiet neighborhood. We had 6 adults and had lots of room, with 3 bedrooms (queen beds) and basement sofa bed to accommodate all.Full Kitchen and huge dining table – very spacious and spotless, new furniture and fixtures. Arrival and departure were easy with owner checking in via text - to verify things went well.  He was very accommodating and came right over when we asked for more sheets/bedding! Walking distance to Portillos...

« The "charming cottage" is aptly named - just so delightful! From the blue velvet couch to the stained glass windows, from the lovely updated kitchen to the beautiful bathroom, it was just a great property! And the proximity to Wheaton College is ideal. »

« Excellent location, nice neighborhood, right off main roads. Superstar host, great communication and was proactive in preparing for our arrival. Very fresh remodel, a lot of new appliances and the bathrooms looked very fresh. Everything was clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable. Had a good stock of basic paper products, coffee, and soaps. Didn't have to purchase anything to keep the house going while staying for several days. Had some games and things for kids, we didn't have time to...

« The house was extremely well located. Perfect for the events we came for. We enjoyed the stay overall. Communication with the host was poor. The rental was clean and well equipped. A few things were in need of maintenance but did not have a direct impact on use of the space. We would stay here again. »
