« We checked out early,no tv up stairs, stairs we so steep we couldn’t do another day. The entry lock box was hard to work. We never did find the trash containers, even after asking other tenants and painters. We actually cut short our vacation because of what the stairs did to our knees. »

« Some cleaning misses: 3rd drawer down in kitchen and behind the couch and scattered areas of the carpet. Heavy comforters too much for old ladies. A few extra blankets would have helped. Right kitchen sink drained slowly and the freezer couldn’t get ice cream above soft serve. Needs a better selection of nonstick pans or better scrubbing utensils. Great Location!! Thanks. »

"Le personnel est trĂšs accueillant et sympathique ce qui est un gros + et je les en remercie. L’hĂŽtel est trĂšs bien situĂ©. Beaucoup de fast-food autour et on peut aller visiter le centre-ville Ă  pied en environ 25 minutes, Ă  l’aide du GPS. Le seul point nĂ©gatif est que j’ai retrouvĂ© des miettes de nourriture sur le fauteuil prĂ©sent dans la chambre, ainsi que des cheveux sur le plateau oĂč est disposĂ© la cafetiĂšre ce qui n’est vraiment pas agrĂ©able. Globalrment c’est un bon rapport qualitĂ© / prix."

"The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members. So overall, a bit of a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was always smiling and pleasant, but there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected."
