« Overall, the location was perfect. Close to marina and old town for walkable touring and dining. Opened sun room doors to enjoy the sound of the river and birds. Even though on street, the neighborhood was very quiet. Overall the condo was very clean. Kitchen clean, living clean, bathroom clean, Bedroom clean and upgraded. Refrigerator was spotless which I really appreciated. Ice was made and this is always nice to have. Coffee maker perfect for brewing, (bring your own coffee as not provided)...

« Some cleaning misses: 3rd drawer down in kitchen and behind the couch and scattered areas of the carpet. Heavy comforters too much for old ladies. A few extra blankets would have helped. Right kitchen sink drained slowly and the freezer couldn’t get ice cream above soft serve. Needs a better selection of nonstick pans or better scrubbing utensils. Great Location!! Thanks. »

« We checked out early,no tv up stairs, stairs we so steep we couldn’t do another day. The entry lock box was hard to work. We never did find the trash containers, even after asking other tenants and painters. We actually cut short our vacation because of what the stairs did to our knees. »

« Great view and easy location for food/shops. The unit was larger than I expected. Very nicely decorated without being over the top. Felt like home. Cleaned well and bedding was comfortable. Things to note. Keep in mind the location is on a busy street with bars and the main bedroom is on the street side. So noisy at night and fairly early as well. I would also include a picture of parking/ map as that was not well marked or explained. Mostly clean though dusting the “non typical” spots...

« Kathie is one of those sweet, huggable people! We weren't able to check in until after 9pm, but she was so kind and accommodating, we felt as if we were staying with a family member Unfortunately we didn't get to spend any time enjoying the lovely setting, as we were gone all day for a reunion. We were very comfortable and hope we get the chance to come back! »

« Didn't enjoy the middle of the night deliveries and garbage pickup of adjacent businesses. No A/c so had windows open and was awakened suddenly by loud voices and banging of trucks and equipment. Men with foul language doing the delivery. 3am. Wonderfully close to water front. Super convenient »
