« This condo was very nicely appointed. It seems to have been built recently. Plenty of room for four adults, nice kitchen with most everything one would need.Only three things kept us from giving 5 stars. First, there is no dining table. Just an eat-at counter top. Since we were gathering for a late Christmas with family, it would have been nice to have a place to sit and eat together.Second, the 'lake view' is only if you can see it between other buildings. It really shouldn't be listed...

« We were a family of five with three adults and two kids (ages 9 and 7). We appreciated the two bedrooms, living area and kitchen layout. The kids liked the pool although the water was a bit chilly. It took us a bit to figure out the parking situation. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance and biking distance to many places you went to. An added bonus was that we were able to attend the circus nearby. »

« I was impressed with how close we were to canal park. It is only a few blocks down the hill. What makes the location even better is the available off street parking, therefore saving us on parking each time we went to canal park. »

« This was a very comfortable place to stay for a visit to Duluth. It is in a great location and has plenty of room for a large group. We only had 3, but the apartment could accomdate many more. Many things are available within walking distance. Everyone should experience living above a functioning bakery. Wow, what a smell to behold. My only concern was that it was on the pricey side. Glad we were only there for 2 days. It will be remembered and our host, Alecia, was great. »
