« Great location, clean room and plenty of space in the room. Only negative to say is that the separate toilet and shower room is a little tight, but it is nice to have the vanity separate of the shower and toilet. I did have a slight glitch at check in and Jenna was very responsive. I would highly recommend this location. The cost was very fair also. »

« The only reasons I have in giving "good" rather than excellent reviews are these:Unable to reach the actual property owner with questions, BUT the Evolve property manager contact was responsive. I was directed to the property cleaner, who passed me on to the owner -whom I could not reach.The property was very clean, mostly... but the futon was full of crumbs and animal hair when opened up. The bathroom fan did not work. The bathroom rug was dirty.No paring knives, paper towels; very few...

« It's a good location, easy drive to the beach and pier, on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood. New interior finishes, so like-new condition. Approach is a little tricky... you have to walk down a small grassy embankment to get to the entry door (rear of the building), which wasn't obvious at first but owner answered our call and us direction. Not a destination-kind-of-stay but perfectly adequate for a place to shower and sleep. Has a small deck with a garden hose to wash the sand off. »
