« 7A was such a beautiful stay ! Both rooms were great and the master bedroom was amazing ! The master bed so soft and fluffy, the ceiling fan my husband loved with the amount of air flow it gave off. Shower/bath water was hot for all 4 of us to take one after another. The balcony doesnt give much of a view with the trees covering the dock and canal side. But the kiddos played volleball in the grass patch below, so i was able to keep an eye on them. Living room and dining area are very spacious...

« Yes the ocean was visible from the unit. The only problem was the tidal pool was a bit unsightly when the tide was low. The other problem was the lack of an elevator which we knew about but it was a little challenging for us older people. The property was very clean and neat. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were more than terrific. They always responded well to our requests and even helped carry our luggage up to the unit for us! »

« What a welcoming feeling walking into The Cranes Nest; after the climb upstairs all we wanted to do was sit on the balcony and marvel at the views- SO worth it! The location is perfect- we walked everywhere. Something to consider is that the closest “real” grocery store is about a 20 minute drive; plan ahead! I think my favorite part of the stay was all the different birds we spotted from the balcony- thanks for the binoculars; I didn’t have to fight with my husband over the pair we brought! »

« Stayed ar Fenimore Mill 1A (Mermaids Song) for third time. Beautiful views and wonderful balcony to relax on. As always Pelican Vacation Reality did a fabulous job with easy booking and departure . If per chance there is something wrong they are always there to fix it quickly. Of course we will be back! »

« This is the second year we have stayed in this unit. I have stayed at 2 other places this year and nothing exceeds this place! We also bring our bernedoodle that is very important to us. Having the boat slip is amazing. It is such a welcoming clean and has everything you need for a great memory! I will be back next year!! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!! »

« Door locks hard to get open. Water/ice dispenser leaked and had mildew. Back porch dirty including some kind of excrement. Loose flooring on walkways. Cheap, watery hand soap. Too much light coming into the riverside bedroom at night. »
