« This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area! »

« Perfect place for my daughter sleepover birthday. The pictures online didn't do any justice. The home was peaceful, and location was close to the park, and stores. Communication was wonderful between me and the host. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Will definitely be back »

« Cozy house and a great quiet location. This was the perfect place to stay with my girls and our children. The basement was a great place for the kids to play and the living room on the first floor was cozy with a comfortable couch and the map on the wall was a big hit! The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils. Overall, we had a great stay. Our only complaint was the list of things to do upon checking out on top off a cleaning fee. Otherwise, a great stay! »

« This place was perfect for us! Awesome bike trails, great dock for fishing, perfect distance from Richmond and Colonial Williamsburg. Very clean, terrific shower and very comfortable bed. We needed to recharge and this did it for us! »

« Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property. If you want sleek, modern, and quiet, this is not the place for you. But if you want charming, cozy, and comfortable, this is your spot. We stayed here for two nights with our young adult children and it was perfect. Enough room for everyone to have their own space, but great gathering spots indoors and out. « Fantastic stay start to finish. Needed a larger home to house immediate family for my daughter’s wedding in richmond area. Wife arrived a little early…owners were quick to reach out and make arrangements to get inside so wife could knock out some work remotely before the vacation. House was well decorated and had fresh flowers in several rooms. Hallway had a welcome sign and a personal handwritten note also welcoming us. Fridge had complimentary drinks. Candy dishes in several rooms. ...
