« Nice residential neighborhood located on the back side of a home. Unit was clean and convenient. However, no temperature control in the unit since it appears to be a single unit within the home on the other side of the door. Too cold with the cool air blowing all night the first night. « The front door only has one dead bolt. No latch or other way to secure the door closed. The property issued keys that did not work because the components of the door latch / lock had been removed. In the middle of the 2nd night there was a knock at the door. I didn’t get up and it was only one knock. In the morning I noticed the dead bolt ( again the only lock ) was unlocked… I decided to wedge a chair under the handle and keep my weapon ready every night after! “Private” or not, this...

« Location was great. Perfect size for me and my two tweens. Unit is comfortable and the deck was quiet with a northeast exposure. Property was a little tired but plenty of parking. Kitchen was very small but well appointed. There is a hot plate instead of an oven/stove, but again, perfect for us. We grilled and used the hot plate. I didn’t like that the fridge was a very small, hotel size unit. It just wasn’t enough space since we enjoy cooking while we vacation. Also, the hide a bed mattress...

« Nice, quiet neighborhood! The studio is comfortable, similar to a hotel room - with a fabulous fenced yard. It was a perfect space for a dog. Mine was immediately happy to have his own space to mosey around, and we enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. The hosts were responsive and pleasant. »
