« Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. Even my barely mobile 84 year-old mother-in-law could get down to the beach to watch us kayak and swim. My only tiny complaint is that the knives in the kitchen were almost too dull to use,...

« This 2 bedroom home was ideal for our adult daughter and her beagle dog, my wife and myself. 2 minute walk to the ocean front. Secure backyard for the dog to roam. The living room bay window was ideal for our dog to view passersby. It met all of our needs. Thank you. And yes, after rebooting the internet the TV was flawless. Cheers! »

« We loved staying in a clean and cozy environment! The sunset view from the windows were just awe inspiring!! And, they had all sorts of kitchen appliances (example: instant pot) which is very unusual to find in a vacation stay. If I knew it, I would have chosen better dinner options for us! »
